Add the roast to the slow cooker with worcestershire sauce and beef broth.

Cover with the lid and cook on low until the meat is fork tender. This takes about 8-12 hours.

When the roast is tender and pulls apart easily, carefully remove the meat to a cutting board and shred with a fork or hand mixer. Place back in the slow cooker to keep warm and soak up the au jus.

Slice the french baguette and top it with beef, cheese, or any other ingredients you prefer. Place the french dip under the broiler for 2–3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.

Serve warm with the au jus sauce for dipping, cole slaw, Copycat Chick Fil A Mac and Cheese, french fries, sweet potato fries. You can also keep it simple and serve with your families favorite chips.
